Hello,
This is not good news. I just received a phone call this morning from one of my friends in Zimbabwe, saying my mom left an important message for me.
At the time I left Africa I had 5 uncles. There used to be 7 on my fathers side. Tomorrow there is a funeral for the youngest uncle. There are now just 2 left in his family.
This just left me empty. This is the terrible tragedy of my country. I will call my family tonight. The telephone lines are down so far. I have been trying to get hold of them. I am supposed to go home December 17.
Right now I can't go, because there is no gas in the country. It will take me very long to reach them, or I will not be able to come back.
Please remember us, the Fungulani family, in prayer,
especially my nephews. Even my father needs your prayer.
Thank you for your prayer.
-Cozmore Fungulani

Zimbabwe is witnessing the death of nearly an entire generation. Virtually every family is affected by this tragedy and over one million children in Zimbabwe have already been orphaned by this crisis of disease and death. Please remember this crisis and the Fungulani family in prayer.
